During this troubling time when the order of the day is to “Stay at Home” we have small businesses that are trying to keep it going for the sake of their business and the employees they employ. I am talking about our Downtown restaurants. Their business model may have changed to take out and curb side pickup but what hasn’t changed is the great food they all prepare. During this time a simple change of pace might be nothing more than ordering take out, and this simple change and showing support for our Downtown restaurants can impact a local business owner and the folks that he or she is able to employ.
