Who We Are
Downtown Visalians (DTV) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to keeping Downtown Visalia vibrant — where friends meet, businesses thrive, and memories are made.
If your business is located within the Downtown District, you’re already part of DTV! Together, we create a lively, safe, and beautiful downtown that attracts locals and visitors year-round.
Meet the DTV Board of Directors
Our Board of Directors is made up of passionate downtown business and property owners who volunteer their time to guide the mission and vision of Downtown Visalians. They represent a diverse mix of industries — from retail and restaurants to real estate and professional services — all united by a shared commitment to a thriving downtown.

How do I get featured on social media?
Tag @downtown_visalians in your posts and stories — clear photos or vertical video work best.
Why wasn’t my business shown in event photos?
Our coverage highlights the overall event experience, not every participant, but we rotate features regularly.
How do gift checks work?
Treat them like regular paper checks — deposit as usual, no fees from DTV.
Where can I get parking permits?
Available through the Downtown Visalians office, valid for six-month periods in designated public lots.
Who do I contact for safety or maintenance issues?
Call 911 for emergencies. For non-emergency or maintenance concerns, contact DTV and we’ll coordinate with security or City partners.
